Digi-Sol Technologies Inc. Computer Service offers in-store computer repair service to both personal and business clients. Our services include virus and spyware removal, system crashes, Windows errors, and more. Whatever your problem may be, we can help. Our repair shop is located at 9412 Main St, Richibucto, NB. You may drop off your system for service Monday - Friday from 9AM-5PM, Saturdays from 9AM-12PM. Repairs are completed on a first come/first serve basis and repair times may vary depending on demand. Please ask a Digi-Sol Technologies Technician when you drop off your system for an approximate service time or for more information.

Minimum $25.00 service charge for all repairs regardless of work done.
The Flat Rate Service Charge is a one time charge per repair and not charged hourly.
The system clean-up/tune-up involves removing all viruses, spyware, adware and malware from a computer. This service also involves checking the system for hardware and software problems and making recommendations to avoid future problems. We do not remove any personal files during this service unless specifically requested.
Complete System Reformat
Although this is usually done as a very last resort during repairs, Microsoft actually does recommend that your Operating System (Windows, Linux, AppleOSX) be re-installed approximately every two years. This is due to "OS decay". Sometimes the programs you install delete or replace your Windows files, leaving you with a much slower and less useful machine than you started with. The reformat completely wipes your harddrive and re-installs a fresh copy of Windows, essentially leaving you with a new computer on the inside. Our backup service is recommended here if you have files you can't replace, like your family pictures, since the reformat will erase anything on the harddrive.
Priority Service Charge
Priority service will ensure your repair is completed before the end of the next business day. Priority repairs must be dropped off before 3:00PM, if you drop off a repair after 3:00PM it will not be considered dropped off until the next business day.
Part Installation Charge
Part Installation Charges are limited to a single component installation not including software, motherboards, hard drive enclosures and any item that requires more than 20 minutes to install. Any item that does not meet these requirements will be charged the normal Flat Rate Service Charge. This will be at the discretion of the Digi-Sol Technologies Technician.
Simple Data Backup
Simple Data Backup covers a single file or folder (This will be at the discretion of the Digi-Sol Technologies Technician). Digi-Sol Technologies does not guarantee any data backup, please make sure you backup your files before bringing your computer in for service. Digi-Sol Technologies is not liable for lost information or business due to lost information.
Complex Data Backup
Complex Data Backup covers multiple files or folders (This will be at the discretion of the Digi-Sol Technologies Technician). Digi-Sol Technologies does not guarantee any data backup, please make sure you backup your files before bringing your computer in for service. Digi-Sol Technologies is not liable for lost information or business due to lost information.
Important Information About Repairs
• If you want Digi-Sol Technologies to install/re-install your copy of Windows (Any version), you are required to provide a legitimate Windows Product Key. This means no serial numbers on burned CD's or written on paper.
• Any equipment (Hardware or Software) left at Digi-Sol Technologies for sixty days after notification of service being complete or partially complete shall be considered abandoned and become the property of Digi-Sol Technologies and sold or discarded.
• Digi-Sol Technologies does not provide warranty on systems assembled by the customer that are defective as a result of installation by the customer. You will be charged the Flat Rate Service Charge.
• Software problems, including but not limited to, virus infection, spyware and corrupt installations are not part of any Digi-Sol Technologies warranty.
